Hi, I’m Gary Engelbrecht Head of Strata Management at Contessi Properties.
Gary brings over 30 years of experience in the property industry to Contessi, where he is establishing and growing our newly opened Strata Management division.
Originally from South Africa.
Our management style is to adopt a practical approach to the building and the challenges it faces.
Gary is a people person through and through and has a knack for solving problems with ease. We believe in being on the front foot with preventative measures rather than chasing our tails.
