Gary brings over 30 years of experience in the property industry to Contessi, where he leads the growth of our Strata Management division. Originally from South Africa, Gary is a natural people person with a practical, solutions-focused approach that makes navigating strata simple and stress-free for his clients.

Beyond his role at Contessi, Gary is also the driving force behind Strata Living in WA, a fast-growing Facebook community where owners, residents, and investors come together to ask questions, share experiences, and access clear, expert advice on strata living. Through this platform, Gary continues to educate, support, and connect the WA strata community in a genuine and accessible way.

When he’s not working, you’ll find him spending quality time with his kids and grandkids, enjoying the outdoors, or cheering on his favourite sports teams. Family-focused and full of energy, Gary brings a warm, down-to-earth approach to everything he does.
