Meet Gary

Our Head of Strata Management, Gary, brings over 30 years of experience in the property industry to Contessi, where he is establishing and growing our newly opened Strata Management division.

Originally from South Africa.

Our management style is to adopt a practical approach to the building and the challenges it faces.

Gary is a people person through and through and has a knack for solving problems with ease. We believe in being on the front foot with preventative measures rather than chasing our tails.

Strata Companies need to always be on top of their game and with our national and international experience including our own customisable software we stand head and shoulders above the rest.

The one thing we have not forgotten in all the mix and with all the laws and complexities is that Strata is about people and circumstances.
