Significance: A local landmark and important part of Fremantle’s economic history, listed on the State Register of Heritage Places
Largest Heritage Renewal: It’s considered one of the largest residential heritage renewals of its kind in Western Australia.
Awards: Won awards for conservation and adaptive reuse at the 2017 WA Heritage Awards.
Style: Blends contemporary living with industrial heritage, creating 183 unique loft-style apartments
