Our company has grown and taken a significant step forward by acquiring Ray White Kalbarri, the town’s only real estate agency, which has been serving the community since 1997. Our new “Contessi Kalbarri” office will provide both sales and property management services, ensuring the local community receives comprehensive real estate support. We chose Kalbarri because of its exciting opportunities and unique potential, which aligns perfectly with our goal of meeting the growing needs of the local market. Our flagship office in Claremont will continue to be the heart of our operations, offering social media and marketing support to Kalbarri. Moreover, we are delighted to introduce “Kalbarri Escapes”, the newly rebranded Kalbarri Accommodation Services. As the largest accommodation service provider in Kalbarri, Kalbarri Escapes manages hundreds of apartments, homes, and units, catering to visitors eager to explore the charm of this coastal town. We aim to offer unparalleled holiday experiences, making Kalbarri Escapes the top choice for booking stays and experiences in the region.

The business comes with a fantastic team of seven dedicated locals, including the region’s leading sales agent, Loni Visser, who has been the top selling agent for four years running.
