- This promotion is offered by Contessi Properties in connection with its collaboration with the Subiaco Football Club.
- The promotion is valid for the duration of the collaboration between Contessi Properties and Subiaco Football Club, unless ended earlier at the discretion of Contessi Properties.
- To be eligible for the reward, a property must be successfully listed and sold through Contessi Properties, resulting in a completed settlement.
- The $2,000 reward will be issued as a Visa Gift Card after settlement of the property.
- The reward cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The reward is payable only to the person who submitted the referral through the official Contessi referral form.
- The person being referred does not receive any payment or benefit from this promotion.
- A participant may receive multiple rewards if more than one referred property is successfully listed and sold through Contessi Properties.
- In the case of multiple referrals for the same property, the reward will be issued only to the first referral received by Contessi Properties.
- By submitting the referral form, participants consent to being contacted by Contessi Properties regarding the property sale or referral.
- Contessi Properties reserves the right to verify eligibility and amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
